Strategic Planning

Strategic planning takes on many forms for a museum such as ours so we would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to some of the efforts we have put forth in the recent years. We have provided a number of tools on this page including links to our most recent Annual Report and Five Year Strategic plan. We have also provided a link to the web based software that we use to track our progress. The software is called My Strategic Planning and their newest feature "The Dash" is an excellent way to get a glimpse of our plan.

We have come to realize that every employee, every event, every visitor and every constituent of ours play a role in our planning. When we sit down to look ahead 1, 2, or even 5 years, we do so with a sense of true accountability and pride.
